Paul Brians collected an interesting set of Common Errors in English usage.
That's quite interesting reading for all of us who are not english mother-tounge (oh yea, you could easily guess that I'm not native speaker from these pages... ;-).

Another resource, about grammar, good content (though, I do not love the page organization) is this one: Internet Grammar of English.

Here some other common mistakes.

P.S.: What is "grammar" for a British? The mother of the mother... ;-D
